Award-winning supplier of luxury skincare products turn to AGR Dynamics to provide smooth transition to a new management platform

International Skincare brand, Templespa has seen its business flourish even against the tough backdrop of the COVID crisis.   Run by Liz and Mark Warom from converted barns in Sussex, they have embraced the sudden global shift to trade virtually and have reaped the rewards.

The company create luxury skincare, spa and beauty treatments for the face, body and soul.  They make their exclusive products available in luxury hotels, Harrods as well as online.   With online sales having seen significant growth it is vital that supply chain and stock management systems keep pace.

Investing in a new Microsoft Dynamics ERP system will meet the demands on the company, but any change of software can create short-term pain if the transition is not properly managed. 

Templespa have turned to AGR to help them to smooth the process.   AGR’s software will mean that during the switch between systems, data will be available for demand planning and disruption will be minimised.

Minimising disruption and upgrading the firm’s inventory management processes will help to maintain exceptional levels of service throughout the transition.  Furthermore, by increasing efficiencies and reducing the amount of unnecessary stock being held, it will free up capital to help fund the investment in new capabilities.
