We had the opportunity to exhibit at the Retail Council of Canada’s STORE2018 conference last week. There were well over 3,000 attendees from the Canadian retail industry and it was an exciting opportunity for AGR to showcase our solution suite to such a wide variety of Canadian retailers.
The common thread in the speaking engagements was the importance of the customer experience; personalization, their journey from thinking about a product to buy through to the end point of purchasing that product and their retail experiences along the way. Our solution suite has an immediate impact on that thread. Having the right forecast to ensure timely merchandise ordering and effective supply chain functionality ensures that we are thinking about the end customer and their retail experience – being able to buy that product when they want it, where they want it.
We are looking forward to STORE2019 next year as we grow in the Canadian market and can’t wait to utilize this year to be in touch with even more Canadian retailers!
