Last week, we held our annual AGR Customer Conference at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, UK. The event was a great success, with 40 participants from over 25 companies attending and speakers from both the AGR Iceland and AGR UK teams.
The day started with an overview of the past year from AGR UK Managing Director, Melissa Cupis, followed by Haukur Hannesson, Managing Director of AGR-Reynd Iceland, discussing AGR Iceland’s recent merger with Reynd and what that means for our customers and partners.
After lunch, Guðjón Mathiesen did a presentation on the new Retail Crest app and upcoming Sell Around app and their benefits, with Finnur Bragason ending the Sales and Marketing presentation with a comprehensive walk-through of AGR 5. Keith Dunn, Strategic Consultant Partner with AGR UK, spoke to the conference about process strategy and shared his retail knowledge with the audience. The conference ended with Finnur Bragason discussing the product roadmap and Einar Karl Thórhallsson, Head of Customer Service AGR-Reynd Iceland, going over the improvements in our customer service module and where we are headed.
We tweeted the conference throughout the day from the @AGR_Reynd twitter account, and all the participants were given the chance to enter a raffle held by the National Motorcycle Museum to win a 1947 Vincent Rapide motorcycle.
